Before beginning her acting career, she studied management at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico.
Much of her initial acting experience came from stage productions of shows like Peter Pan and Grease.
She is a native of Mexico City, Mexico.
She appeared alongside Chayanne and Yuridia in the 1994 telenovela Volver.
