Known for her time as a wrestler and manager for the WCW and TNA brands under the ring name Daffney. She also appeared as a TNA Knockout as The Governor, which was a satire of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin.
She graduated from Georgia State University in 1998 with a degree in film and video production. She was hired to the WCW brand in 1999 after responding to a flyer that expressed the brand's need for new talent.
She began working as a hostess for the then-upstart wrestling brand Shine Wrestling in July 2012. She had previously retired from professional wrestling in 2003 to focus on an acting career, but resumed in February 2006.
She grew up in a military family, and moved throughout the world as a result growing up.
She had previously been roommates with fellow wrestler Mickie James.
