Danny Gomes

About

Attacking midfielder also known simply as Danny who represented Portugal at the 2010 World Cup and the 2004 Olympics. He has spent most of his club career playing for Russian teams like Dynamo Moscow and Zenit St. Petersburg.  

Before Fame

He developed his soccer skills as a kid playing for C.S. Marítimo. 

Trivia

He made his professional career debut in a 2-1 win with Primeira Liga against Gil Vicente F.C. He landed a €2.1 million deal with Portugal after that season.

Family Life

His daughter Emily was born in early 2017.
