English soccer trainer, entrepreneur, and author known for being the founder of Beast Mode Soccer, a leading individual technical training program based in Los Angeles. His Beast Mode Soccer methodology has been used by more than 100 professional players and 13 members of the U.S. squad that won the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup trained with him at some point in their careers. He is also known for running the Beast Mode Soccer+ app and for authoring multiple training and parent guidance books.

Before Fame

He grew up in England with a passion for soccer. He moved to the United States in 2003 and began his coaching career in Florida before relocating to Los Angeles. He worked within elite youth environments and developed the belief that players needed far more individual training than traditional team practices provided. He founded Beast Mode Soccer around 2011. He launched the My Soccer Training app in 2019 which was rebranded in a partnership with Nike as Beast Mode Soccer+ in 2021.

He is the author of the 2023 book Soccer Sparks which was written for parents of youth players. His work has been featured in TIME, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, NBC, and more. He helped build Beast Mode Soccer while house sitting for singer Robbie Williams.
