He blew up on Instagram overnight when the fitness group Barstarzz's shared one of his workout videos jumping over a tower of weights in August 2015.

He competed in wrestling in high school and was a two-time medalist at the Kansas 6A wrestling tournament as well as a third place finisher in 2014. 

Family Life

His father Doris was in the U.S. Army. He began working out at the age of 11 at the local YMCA. He studied exercise science at the University of Kansas.
