YouTuber, scientist, professional natural bodybuilder, powerlifter, and fitness coach known for being the founder of BioLayne and for his nutrition and health-focused informative videos and content, which has amassed him over 370,000 subscribers. He has also had a successful career as a powerlifter, including setting the IPF 93 kg class World Record Squat 303 kg. His video "The Game Changers - Debunked" has received over 430,000 views.

Before Fame

He attended Eckerd College where he earned a BS in biochemistry with honors. He then attended the University of Illinois where he earned a PhD in nutritional sciences, also with honors. He began posting videos on his YouTube channel in 2016 of his various bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions. He began gaining more traction on his YouTube channel in 2014 after he had several videos receive over 100,000 views.

He is the author of two best-selling books The Complete Contest Prep Guide (2019) and Fat Loss Forever (2019). He is also the co-founder of the app Carbon Diet Coach and Outwork Nutrition supplements.
