South African comedian, actor, television presenter, podcaster, and host known for co-hosting the SABC1 sports magazine show Countdown 2010 from 2008 to 2010, for co-hosting The AXE Sweet Life in 2009, and for working as a writer and cast member on Tonight with Trevor Noah in 2010. He is also known for hosting the reality relationship series I'm With Your Ex which premiered in January 2023, for his one-man comedy shows including Khoz-A Can, Even Me, Pardon Me, and Never Ready, and for his podcast Single Minded with Eugene Khoza.

Before fame

He began his comedy career performing at small venues and open mic nights with one of his early breakthroughs occurring when he hosted the Horror Café Comedy Night for about a year. His big break came in 2008 when he landed a co-hosting role on Countdown 2010 in 2008 followed by co-hosting on The AXE Sweet Life in 2009. He then worked as a writer and cast member on Tonight with Trevor Noah in 2010. He launched the podcast Single Minded with Eugene Khoza in 2020 after taking a break from the entertainment industry for personal reasons. He appeared in and wrote for the Laugh Africa Comedy Festival in 2024 and 2025.

Family life

He was born and raised in Pretoria, South Africa. He is a father and has spoken about his daughter Buhle. He has experienced significant personal loss including the deaths of his son and a close friend which contributed to his time away from the entertainment industry.
