Before fame
He was heavily involved in rugby during his youth, and it was his primary sport until multiple concussions forced him to step away from the game. He also completed the 600Sixty Challenge lifting 600 kg and then running a 60 km ultramarathon in under six hours. He attempted a Guinness World Record for the most weight squatted in 24 hours on his 23rd birthday in 2018. He has read The Lord of the Rings books more than 14 times and once got banned from a gym for dropping a 240 kg squat. He has raised over £100,000 for Movember through multiple endurance and strength challenges.
