Frank Isola

American journalist who is best known for his sports coverage including of the New York Knicks as well as the NBA for New York Daily News. He is also known for his work with ESPN and appears on several of their commentary programs including Around the Horn and Highly Questionable. 

Before Fame

He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park where he was also a walk-on member of their soccer team. 

Trivia

He is known for having received the APSE Sports Writing award in 1998 and was also voted New York Sportswriter of the Year in 2015. 

Family Life

He married his wife Tonja and together they had two children: a son named Liam and a daughter named Gabrielle.
