American attorney who is known for having argued the 2010 Morrison v National Australia Bank case before the U.S. Supreme Court which resulted in a unanimous decision authored by Antonin Scalia. He is also known for being the husband of Kellyanne Conway.
He attended Harvard College where he graduated with his degree in Biochemistry. He later obtained his J.D. from Yale University Law School where he worked as an editor of the Yale Law Journal. He started his legal career in 1987 when he served as a law clerk to Judge Ralph K. Winter, Jr.
He married counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway in 2001 and together they have four children.
