Moroccan journalist, television news presenter, editor-in-chief, and global reporter known for her work with Morocco's 2M TV channel along with having reported from countries such as Iraq, Lebanon, Mali, Egypt, and Jordan. She is also known for her YouTube channel Ghizlane Taibi Officiel where she shares travel documentaries and cultural reports and for her Instagram account @ghizlane.taibi.5 where she shares professional highlights, travel content, and public appearances with over 160,000 followers.

Before fame

She initially pursued medical studies after graduating high school but discovered a passion for journalism and changed career paths. She went on to study media and communications in Morocco and Paris including time spent at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University around 2005-2006. She gained experience working with Télévision Française Juive and Radio Orient in France during her early career. She returned to Morocco after studying in Paris and joined Morocco's 2M TV channel in the late 2000s.

Trivia

She was named a Personality of the Year in 2021 by the Tayri N Wakal association for her work. She is also a professor of media, geopolitics, and international relations and has taught at institutions such as ISIC in Morocco. She is multilingual and is known to speak Arabic, French, Hebrew, and English.
