Before Fame

She graduated from Cornell University and then pursued a career as an actress. Yoga heals. A car accident left her with two broken vertebrae, a straightened cervical spine, and multiple herniated discs. She turned to yoga for healing and after years of dedicated core-centric yoga and no spinal surgeries, her cervical spine has regained the curve and all herniations are gone.
