Ukulele player best known as one half of the ukulele and vocal duo Honoka & Azita. With friend and bandmate Azita Ganjali, she has performed at music festivals across the world and won viral fame with renditions of songs like the theme song from Hawaii Five-0.
She began playing ukulele at age 10 and studied under Jody Kamisato, who later became her manager. She first met Azita Ganjali at the Ukulele Hale studio in Honolulu.
She was named MVP of the 2013 International Ukulele Contest in Honolulu.
She was born in Hawaii.
