Pakistani investigative journalist who is widely known for hosting the news magazine Sar-e-Aam for ARY News. In April 2016, while reporting on poor security in the Sindh Assembly, he was arrested alongside his team for their work, and spent the day in jail before having bail posted.
He graduated from Government College University, Lahore with a degree in political science.
He previously worked for ARY News as a newscaster before branching into investigative journalism with Sar-e-Aam.
He and his wife Qurat share one son named Pehlaaj.
He and Arshad Sharif are both well-regarded Pakistani journalists who have both worked for ARY News.
