Indonesian rock singer/songwriter who rose to fame as the lead vocalist of the rock band Koil. As a member of the band he performed under the professional stage name Otong.
He began recording material with Koil in 1994 and the band released a mini album known as Demo From Nowhere that same year.
He and Koil released a studio album entitled Blacklight Shines On in 2007.
He is the older brother of fellow Koil member Donnijantoro.
Both he and Ahmad Dhani were successful Indonesian rock singers.
