Before Fame

She went to Heshima Road Primary school then Kegoye High School in Western, Kenya. Encouraged by actor Joel Kennedy Otukho to pursue acting, she joined the Theatrerix-Ensemble. 

Trivia

After auditioning for a role in a documentary which she did not get, she met the creator of Papa Shirandula, who a year later offered her the part that would launch her career.

Family Life

She was born and grew up in Eastleigh, Nairobi. She is the third born in a family of five kids consisting of three sisters and two brothers. She is married to Alfred Ngachi, who works for Sync Media as the executive creative director. They have a son, who was born in 2017.

She had been ridiculed for having such a strong jawline, one similar, she was told, to that of Kanye West.
