Chef who has held the title of executive chef at The Fox Theatre. He had previously been the senior consulting executive chef at the 1218 Kitchen Group. He has a popular Instagram account chefshaiheem, which has garnered 290,000 followers. On his Instagram, he has posted numerous cooking videos that have featured a wide range of dishes. Some of these dishes have included Honey Sesame Chicken, Salt & Pepper Shrimp, and Sweet Potato Butter Swim Biscuits.

In July 2016, he obtained his bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Sociology from Clark Atlanta University (CAU).

He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. He used to work as an executive sous chef at Westin Hotels & Resorts. He is a fitness enthusiast. He enjoys watching anime. During his time in college, he was a member of CAU's Philharmonic Society.
