Mexican industrial engineer, entrepreneur, journalist, and media personality best known as the founder of SPIN, the first internet service provider in Mexico which was introduced in 1990. After selling the brand to Terra Networks in 2000, he climbed the ranks as a technological journalist and widely regarded figure in digital media. He co-hosted the radio program "Dommo" on W Radio for several years before transitioning the program to a podcast. He also served as host of the weekly tech TV show Plug on Proyecto40. He is a contributor to UNO TV and a variety of publications including the Sam's Club Magazine, Excélsior, and Reforma. He is also the director of the Mexican technological news platform unocero.com, which attracted more than one million page views per month on average and was ultimately sold in 2017.

Before Fame

He obtained a degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City in the 1980s. He founded SPIN in 1990, when he was only 25 years of age.
