Football coach and former football player known for being the Offensive Coordinator of the Buffalo Bills and for transforming LSU's offense during their undefeated 2019 National Championship season. He is also known for previously coaching for the Carolina Panthers, New Orleans Saints, and Penn State and for earning the 2019 Broyles Award as the nation's top assistant coach.
Before Fame
He played football as a wide receiver at Everglades High School before competing collegiately at William & Mary from 2009-2012. His coaching career began at his alma mater in 2013-2014 as a linebackers coach. He then moved to Penn State as a graduate assistant from 2015-2016, where he also completed his master's in education. He then got his NFL start with the New Orleans Saints as an Offensive Assistant in 2017. He was promoted to Interim OC of the Buffalo Bills in November 2023 and named full-time Offensive Coordinator in January 2024.
Trivia
He became one of the youngest breakout coaches in the nation when he helped LSU average 48.4 points and 568.5 yards per game in 2019.
