Before fame

She began her media career in entry-level presenting roles including early work connected to Carphone Warehouse. She eventually moved into youth-culture media and gained wider recognition through work with GRM Daily. She hosted the GRM Daily Rated Awards in 2017 which helped boost her hosting career. She began hosting sports content related to Lionesses Live in 2021. She began co-hosting BBC Radio 1Xtra's Throwback Party in 2021. She made her Grand TV hosting breakthrough in 2022 when she was announced as the host of MTV's Are You the One? UK.

Trivia

She also worked on entertainment formats such as Amazon Prime's Kitchen Table Face Off. Her work on BBC Radio 1Xtra's Throwback Party won Gold for Best Ensemble Cast at the Audio Production Awards 2022.

Family life

She was born in South London, England and raised in Brooklyn, New York, before returning to London to pursue her media career. She has older siblings who influenced her music taste growing up.
