Before Fame

He played football for Little Elm High School and was rated a three-star recruit. He committed to Washington State University and was redshirted in 2022. He played for the Cougars from 2022-2024 before he transferred to University of Oklahoma in December 2024.

Trivia

He set the single season passing record as a senior with 2,449 yards at Little Elm High School in 2021. He was a team captain, a Manning Award finalist, and Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award semifinalist at Washington State University in 2024. He set a University of Oklahoma record for passing yards in a debut of 392 in his opening game in 2025.
