Haitian fashion designer, entrepreneur, and creative director known for being the founder and co-founder of the luxury fashion label Jovana Louis along with her work appearing on runway shows and red-carpet fashion including appearances at Vietnam International Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week. She has also received global attention through celebrity styling and magazine features with her designs appearing in publications such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and Elle. Before fame
She developed an interest in fashion at a young age. Her aunt worked as a tailor and created clothing for her during childhood which inspired her interest in creating fashion. She attended a Catholic school in Haiti where strict dress codes made it difficult for her to find clothing that reflected her personal style. She initially worked as a model. She moved to Paris, France in 2010 to study fashion design and pursue a professional career in the industry. She began designing custom pieces and accepting made-to-order commissions after completing her studies which eventually led to the creation of the Jovana Louis brand. She opened her first flagship boutique in Hanoi, Vietnam in 2018. She made her New York Fashion Week debut in 2019.

She was born and raised in Haiti. She married Jean Lesly Benoit who has also been her business partner.
