Celebrity chef who is a member of ACELGA, an association of chefs and entrepreneurs who are dedicated to Argentinian cuisine. She runs the restaurant Tigre Studio in Buenos Aires, and has published over several best-selling cook books.
She started working and studying under Francis Mallmann when she was 19 - she stayed with him for 9 years.
Between 2007 and 2015, Juliana made more than ten television documentaries for El Gourmet, a Latin American food channel.
She and her husband Ramiro have two sons, Segundo and Benjamin, born in 2009 and 2010.
