American football player who rose to prominence as a running back for the University of Georgia Bulldogs. In 2015, he ended his college career in order to enter the NFL Draft.
He was a five-star running back while in high school, being ranked the top prospect at his position in 2012.
He was an accomplished track star in high school as well and was named North Carolina's 2011 Gatorade Player of the Year in the sport. He played an instrumental role in convincing fellow running back Todd Gurley to attend Georgia.
He was born to former college and NFL running back Warren Marshall. His mother's name is Denice and he has a brother, Marcus, who joined the Georgia Tech football team in 2015.
During their time at Georgia, he and Todd Gurley earned the nickname "Gurshall," both a combination of their two last names and a play on the first name of former Georgia running back Herschel Walker.
