Georgian concert musician greatly influenced by the folk music of her homeland. She has released albums such as Motherland and Kaleidoscope. She was awarded the Borletti-Buitoni Trust Award in 2010.
Her first concert was with Tbilisi's Chamber Orchestra when she was six, and her international touring career began when she was 10.
She participated in many high-profile festivals, including the Menuhin Festival Gstaad, the Verbier Festival, and Austria's Gidon Kremer's Internationales Kammermusikfest Lockenhaus.
Her mother was her first piano teacher, starting her on lessons when she was three. She and her sister played together frequently.
She possessed great admiration for Sergei Rachmaninoff.
