She was born and raised in Canada. In her early 30s, an unhealthy lifestyle led to feelings of discontent and struggles with her weight. After deciding to commit to making positive changes, she lost 40 pounds and began entering fitness competitions. Her journey inspired her to become a health and wellness coach and launch her own health and wellness company.
