Nigerian filmmaker, author, content creator, and Christian speaker known for her faith-based movies and bestselling books, including the films Last To Marry, Loving Amanda, Mistakenly Yours, and Nigerian Son and the books Dating Intelligently, Selfies With Bible Girls, and Girl-Cyclopaedia.

Before Fame

She grew up in a Christian home and developed an early love for writing and storytelling. She attended Federal Government Girls College before studying Mass Communication at Covenant University from 2007 to 2011. She then earned her master's degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos. She worked as a journalist at Vanguard Newspaper before she became inspired to write her own books. She released her first book Girl-Cyclopaedia in 2014. She founded her production company Laju Iren Films around 2020 and released her first film Love Is a Star in 2020.

Trivia

She wrote her very first book manuscript in a campus dorm notebook and still keeps that notebook to remind herself of how her writing journey began. She runs an initiative called Have You Eaten which provides food and support to the less privileged across Nigeria.

Family Life

She was born and raised in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. She married Pastor Emmanuel Iren in November 2014 and they have four children together.
