About

Music producer and DJ best known for his work in house and tech house music along with his songs released as a music producer such as "On Me," "Rock With It," "Take It," "On It," "Outer Space," "Talking Dirty," "Want This To End," "Acid," and "Lick N Dip" as well as releases like The Sound of House EP. He is also known for cofounding NOS Recordings and for being one half of the long-running duo Scooter & Lavelle.

Before fame

He began his career as a self-taught DJ in the early 2000s when he first started performing and developing his style on the West Coast club scene. He began performing regularly with DJ Scooter in 2006 and formed the duo Scooter & Lavelle. He worked as a DJ and as part of the music duo for many years before he expanded into music production in the early 2020s. He began releasing his own music around 2021 with tracks like "Take It." He co-founded NOS Recordings in early 2023. He released his first EP the Knee Deep EP with Freshcobar in 2024. 

Trivia

He has performed at major music and culture events including Coachella, the Winter Music Conference, and Sundance Film Festival-related events through collaborative projects. He has released music across multiple labels including Ferris Wheel Recordings, UNDR THE RADR, Darklight Records, Twisted Funk Records, Sirup Music, and NOS Recordings. He and DJ Scooter are known for performing with two full DJ setups.
