Baker who has become famous for using bread as a medium for artistic expression. She created the site Bread on Earth and has served as a pastry chef at a number of high-profile New York establishments, including Café Henrie and Luncheonette.
She grew up in Hastings-on-Hudson before moving to Ridgewood, Queens. She got her start at El Rey Coffee Bar, where she eventually worked her way up to becoming a pastry chef.
She was included on The New York Times' 30 Under 30 list in 2017.
Her father is a writer. She has dated artist Eric Oglander.
She is a huge fan of fashion designer Issey Miyake.
