About

Multi-award-winning actor, producer, and songwriter most illustriously known for writing, producing, and starring in the highly acclaimed and multi-award-winning short film The Great Artist in 2020. He also played the role of Remus Frunza in the 2016 sci-fi drama film The White King and the role of Walt Flanagan in the 2019 biographical comedy film Shooting Clerks, which was based on the making of the film Clerks.

Before Fame

After graduating Valedictorian from the prestigious St Bees School in London, he trained at both LAMDA and Yale University. He then went on to study in the Beverly Hills Playhouse Master Class. He made his professional acting debut in 2014, appearing in numerous episodes of the Netflix original crime drama series Peaky Blinders, in the role of Nipper.

He has earned an enormous number of accolades throughout his career. He has won Best Actor Awards from the Festigious International Film Festival and the TopShorts Film Festival. He earned a Best Drama Award from the Los Angeles Film Awards for producing The Great Artist. He also won numerous honors for writing the short's featured song, "Brave."

Family Life

He is the son of Susan Postlethwaite, an HR business partner, and Ian Postlethwaite, a commercial diver. He has 2 siblings including a twin brother named Jeffrey. His uncle, Pete Postlethwaite, was declared by director Steven Spielberg to be "The Best Actor in the World."

He performed opposite Jake Choi, Garrett Clayton, and Carl Clemons-Hopkins in the 2023 drama film The Mattachine Family.
