Digital creator and singer best-known for having competed on the reality show Canadian Idol, and for his ant keeping AntsCanada YouTube channel, which boasts a massive following of 5 million subscribers. He has performed in top venues all around Canada, the United States, and the Philippines, including as an opening act for The Pussycat Dolls and Christina Aguilera.

Before Fame

He attended St. Michael's College School in his hometown of Toronto, Ontario, before earning employment at the Bank of Montreal. He was later predicted to become the winner of Canadian Idol by Chart Magazine, after making his first appearances on the show in August 2003. He would finish as the show's 7th runner-up, and contribute to the show's compilation album, which was certified gold on Billboard charts and ranked in the Top Five best-selling Canadian albums during its first week after release.

Trivia

He was the recipient of a 2011 Globe Tatt "Video Slinger" Award. He briefly hosted the TV show Mikey Bustos: Your Pinoy Boy Vlogserye on the regional Philippine television station CLTV 36 in the ear 2017. His debut solo album, "Memoirs of a Superhero" included the hit singles "If It Feels Good Then We Should" and "Every Time My Heart Beats."

His full birth name is Michael John Yadan Tumanguil Pestano Tilapia Bustos, III. In April of 2019, he announced on social media that he was in a relationship with his manager, RJ Garcia.
