English fitness guru who co-founded the health and fitness company Aurora Athletic. He is quite popular on YouTube, where his vlogs and training videos have earned him more than 1.5 million subscribers to date. Much of his content is filmed at the gym, though he occasionally uploads Q&A videos. 

Before Fame

He grew up in Leeds, Yorkshire, England playing a variety of sports, including soccer, rugby, and basketball. He studied economics and business management at Newcastle University.

He competed in the WBFF shows in London in 2014 and 2015, placing third in the muscle model category. One of his most popular YouTube uploads focuses on bicep and triceps workouts. The video has accumulated over 8 million views.
