Mihai Gruia

Pop singer and one half of the musical duo TWO with former Akcent member Sorin Brotnei. They are best known for their hit songs "Spre Soare" (To the Sun) and "C'est La Vie," among others. They also co-founded Mango Records, which has become one of the most important record labels in Romania.

Before Fame

He first became known as a member of the popular Romanian boy band Akcent.

Trivia

The TWO single "C'est La Vie" reached number four in Channel V Asia just two weeks after its official release.

Family Life

He is originally from Bucharest, Romania. He has two daughters with his wife Laura Gruia.

He and the rest of the Akcent members sang for the Queen of the Netherlands alongside popular DJ Tiesto.
