Fourth grader from Uvalde, Texas, whose name became known worldwide after she was among the 21 lives lost in the Robb Elementary School Tragedy on May 24th, 2022. She was featured in news stories and online posts in remembrance for who she was and how she left a mark on the world in just 10 years of life.
Before Fame
She was simply a playful and caring kid "who put a smile on everyone's faces" who attended Robb Elementary School. She was a 4th grader on the day she was killed during an active shooting at her elementary school.
Trivia
The Smithsonian Latino Center's "Healing Uvalde" mural project includes a portrait that incorporates her own drawings, including wo birds, a rose, a heart, and her handwriting saying "I love you!" She liked drawing, TikTok, butterflies, and playing softball. Her favorite colors were pink and purple.
Family Life
She was the daughter of Maria "Maggie" Magdalene Garcia and Juan Julian Bravo. She was sister to Juan Julian, Xavier A., and Monique Justin. She died on May 24th, 2022.
Associated With
