Dominican chef who is best recognized for having won the first season of MasterChef Dominican Republic. Specializing in desserts, baked gods, and other traditional Dominican cuisine, she shares photos of her meals through Instagram for her over 80,000 followers.
She first learned how to cook while living in Italy, but later studied culinary arts in the Dominican Republic to trace back her heritage. She started sharing photos of her meals through Instagram in May of 2012.
She is also known for running a self-titled blog where she posts a wide range of her original recipes including for dishes such as Cream Auyama, Risotto Alla Pizzaiola, and Parmigiana di Melanzane.
She was born in Constanza, Dominican Republic where she was raised by her grandparents until the age of 9 when she left for Italy with her mother. She was then raised in Schio.
