Indian born British singer, songwriter, producer, and music entrepreneur known for songs "Doing That (Time. Love. Happiness)," "First Move," "Devil in Blue Jeans," "Blues Dance WorldBeat," "Everyday Will Be Like A Holiday," "Mama Taught Me," "Stand By Me," "New York," "I Like It," "All I Remember," and "Arabian Blue." He is also known for albums and major projects such as I Like It, So Good - The Album, Devil in Blue Jeans (ReMastered), Devil Is Back, Garage Sessions, Vol. 1, and The MTV & Vh1 Years. He is further known for being the founder of W.O.A. International and W.O.A. Records.

Before fame

He began writing songs when he was 11 years old and was performing professionally by 13 years old. He formed his first band Cloud 9 when he was 17 years old. He pursued higher education and earned degrees in commerce, business administration, and an MBA. He began releasing music professionally in the late 1990s with early singles such as "There She Is Again" coming out in 1999. He founded W.O.A. International and W.O.A. Records in the late 1990s. He released his debut album I Like It in 2002. His modern breakout came with "Doing That (Time. Love. Happiness)" in 2019.

He is a dog owner. He has been recognized as a GRAMMY voting member. His debut album I Like It was nominated for International Album of the Year. He received an MTV Europe Music Awards nomination in 2012. He received a 2020 Golden Fox Film Award nomination for Best Music Video as director for "Doing That (Time. Love. Happiness)." He launched the WOAFM99 Radio Show in 2015.
