Electronic pop music producer and artist known for her songs "Long Sardine," "Fry," "Fingerling," "Flounder," "Piranha," "Fry," and "Guil" along with her music projects Oxis 7, Sardine Tin, and Oxis 8. 

Before fame

She grew up with a passion for music and learned how to sing and play piano at a young age. She did jazz band, musical theater, and took voice lessons as a child and teenager. She previously released music under the name Valentina Cy before launching the Oxis project. She began releasing music as Oxis on Bandcamp in 2023 and began releasing her Oxis albums. She entered a breakout phase in 2025 after being selected to open for Magdalena Bay on tour.

She names nearly every song in her catalog after a sea creature or fish. She was featured in a long-form Interview Magazine conversation with Sam Gellaitry in 2025. She enjoys fashion, nostalgia, the ocean, and the TV show Skins.
