Paola Mendoza

Colombian director and actress who is known for her work within the Colombian film industry. She is known for having starred as Mariana in the 2009 film Entre Nos which she also directed and for having played Andrea Gaviria in the 2016 film El Empantanado: The Muddy. 

Before Fame

Her career began as an actress in 2003 when she starred in the short film Gabriel y Gato. She gained further recognition as an actress in 2004 when she plated Marisol Pagan in the film On the Outs. She then ventured into directing in 2006 when she made the documentary film Autumn's Eyes. 

Trivia

In addition to acting and directing, she is also a writer and has penned several short films including Half of Her in 2012, Alma & Alex in 2014, and Broken Tail Light in 2014 as well. 

Family Life

She was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia and often shares photos with her daughter through her Instagram.
