The head chef of Anges de Sucre, this creative confectioner has gained fame on Instagram sharing her intricately decorated cakes, pastries, and other confectionaries.
In 2006, she graduated from the University College London with a degree in economics and statistics. She would then spend the next few years working for Bank of America and Alegro Capital as an analyst.
In 2017, she made her television debut in an episode of the television documentary Royal Recipes.
Many members of her family, growing up, were also foodies. Her husband, Patrick, has served as Anges de Sucre's general manager.
She appeared on Royal Recipes, a show presented by Michael Buerk.
