Paralympic swimmer, runner and triathlete who competed in multiple Olympian Paralympic games. Due to a rare birth defect, his legs were amputated above the knee and he learned to use and later compete with prosthetics.

He began swimming at age 6, and by age 15, he won a gold medal at a round of Paralympic games.
Trivia
In the 2004 Paralympic games, he won the gold medal in the 200m Individual Medley. He would go on to win the same gold medal and break his own record at the 2008 Paralympic games.
