Bryan Watkins, better known by his drag pseudonym Shannel, is a drag queen and illusionist best known for his appearance on the inaugural season of Logo TV's hit series RuPaul's Drag Race and its subsequent spin-offs All Stars Drag Race, Untucked!, and Drag U.
Before Fame
After winning a Halloween contest in drag at fifteen, his character of Shannel was born. Only a year later he was working as a makeup artist and hair stylist for Glamour Shots. He was later discovered there by a representative of Chanel and made a beauty advisor for Chanel cosmetics.

He served as a co-host alongside Frank Marino in the Las Vegas show Divas.

Born and raised in southern California, he lived and worked in Las Vegas for more than nine years before settling in Long Beach, California.
