Cartoonist and illustrator who is the author of the graphic novel Twins. She illustrated Edwidge Danticat's My Mommy Medicine. Her art has appeared in Time, The Guardian, The New York Times, and Eater. 

Before Fame

She earned a degree in communication arts from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Trivia

Her art is influenced by cartoons and anime. She didn't attend art school and was denied from Governor's School for the Arts.
