Maldivian actress best recognized for her appearances in productions throughout the Maldivian film industry. She gained wide recognition as the lead in the film Hiiy Edhenee, and in additional roles spanning multiple decades of work. 

Before Fame

She worked on a music video for the song "Nudhaashey Magey Loabivaa", which led to her television debut in 2000. 

Trivia

She won the Gaumee Film Award for Best Supporting Actress in the 2005 film Zuleykha. 

Family Life

Her father, Ahmed Najeeb, was an attorney and author. She married  Mohamed Manik in 2014, and has three children.
