Crossfit star and fitness influencer who rose to fame participating in the CrossFit Games for eight years from 2009-2017. She was ranked 1st in Nebraska among individual female competitors from 2015-2017 in the Open category.

She got her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from the University Omaha in 2007.

She placed 36th overall in her first CrossFit Games and rose to a career best of 11th in 2015.

She's been married to fellow CrossFit athlete Dustin Tovar.
