First known as a member of the South Korean girl group The Grace, the group released three studio albums before she made her solo debut in 2012 with the album The New Beginning.
The Grace debuted in 2005 with the single "Too Good." She was with the group until 2010 after a major back injury coincided with an indefinite hiatus.
During 2011, she performed as a member of the Los Angeles Ballet.
She was born in San Diego, California and raised in Northern California. Her birth name is Kim Bo-kyung.
Her debut solo album featured the single "Dance" with Amber Liu.
