Known best for voicing the anime and video game characters of Umi Sonoda and Sherlock Shellingford in, respectively, the Love Live! and Tantei Opera Milky Holmes media series, this Japanese performer also had a career as a pop singer. Her 2013 single "Yunibā Pēji" rose to a #5 position on Japanese music charts.

Before beginning her career as a voice actress, she performed in numerous musical theater productions and briefly attended Komazawa University.
