Journalist best recognized for her work with NPR as a White House Correspondent. She is also known for her work co-hosting the NPR Politics Podcast.
She attended the UC Berkeley where she majored in journalism at the age of 19. She first joined NPR in 2009 as a Business Reporter.
She is known for having won the Outstanding Story: Radio award for her piece "Overcrowded Prisons" in 2017 from the Society of Environmental Journalists.
She was raised in California and married Ira Gordon.
