Brazilian outside spiker and Olympic champion. She has played for Brazil women's national volleyball team and for the Osasco club team. She has won a gold medal in both the 2011 Pan American Games and the 2012 Summer Olympics.
She grew up very athletic but it wasn't until she saw a TV advert that she decided to go to a volleyball trial.
She has been the top scorer in the Brazilian Women's Superliga twice.
She is the daughter of former amateur volleyball player Evaldo Caixeta.
She won gold at the 2012 Olympics alongside Brazilian team Dani Lins.
