After graduating with a B.A. in business from Loyola Marymount University, she got her first job dancing as Rita Repulsa in the world tour of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
She is the CEO and founder of the home fitness brand Team Machine.
She and her husband, Derek, have a son named Benjamin, nicknamed BJAM.
Her fitness career began after she met and became close friends with Shaun T. She would work with him on projects like Hip Hop Abs, Rockin' Body, and INSANITY.
