Professional diver, underwater photographer and cinematographer known primarily for her work in the movie Jaws. She was inducted as an inaugural member of the International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame in the year of 2000.
Before Fame
She started deep-sea diving in 1956, and spearfishing in 1960. Just a few years later, she became an Australian champion scuba diver and spearfisher.
Trivia
In the 1970's documentary Blue Water, White Death she and her husband swam amongst a school of sharks to get live footage.
Family Life
She met her husband, Ron Taylor, at the St George's Spearfishing Club. They were married to each other in December 1963.

She worked alongside Steven Spielberg and Roy Scheider during the Jaws movie series.
